Rebuilding VoiceTeam's demand engine for AI-era marketing: sharper targeting, founder-led content and outreach measured honestly

A demand program that can't tell a working channel from a lucky week will spend in the wrong place. As VoiceTeam's marketing partner, we took over marketing and demand generation in 2026 and rebuilt the go-to-market, with AI doing the work from concept to delivery and the measures set before the first send.

The challenge

VoiceTeam had a new brand and a clear direction: sell customer-experience expertise, not just capacity. Its go-to-market had not caught up.

  • Targeting was broad. Outreach depended on relationships and requests for proposals rather than a defined list of the buyers most likely to need VoiceTeam now.
  • The content had gone quiet. The 2025 social, LinkedIn and website content needed reviving for how buyers research today, including through AI assistants.
  • The next spend needed evidence. Before putting money into paid media or email, VoiceTeam needed a reliable way to see which channels actually produce buyers.

What we’re building

As VoiceTeam’s marketing partner, we took over marketing and demand generation in 2026. AI does the work from concept through execution, design and delivery; our senior lead sets the direction and approves what ships.

  • Go-to-market strategy: a refreshed plan for AI-era marketing, built around priority buyer segments, starting with 2: law firms needing legal intake, and mobile brands.
  • Buyer targeting: a new targeting strategy, with 199 target buyer contacts researched and queued so far.
  • LinkedIn content: a rewritten company page and a founder-led content program, with 9 posts published in its first week and 28 planned across its first three weeks.
  • Outreach: an outreach strategy and playbook run by VoiceTeam’s own team, with every contact and reply logged and backed up.
  • Content refresh: revived and updated the 2025 social, LinkedIn and website content, and refreshed the sales materials on the new brand.

What will be measured

Results are early, so we report them carefully: counts first, and no rate until the sample reaches 30. Each channel uses the same lead form fields, so cost per qualified lead can be compared like for like. Paid media and email switch on only when agreed signals fire, and the program is read weekly against website, search and LinkedIn data.

What this means for you

If your demand program reports activity but can’t tell you what’s working, a Fast Start sets the targeting, the message and the measures within two weeks. A Program builds and runs the engine with your team, with AI doing the legwork and a senior lead accountable for the result.
