VoiceTeam · Rebrand · 2025

From a local Dominican Republic provider to a US- and international-facing CX brand, delivered from the DR

A company can outgrow its brand long before it outgrows its market. VoiceTeam wanted to win US and international buyers with a brand built for home. As its marketing partner, we set the strategy, wrote the brief and drove a full rebrand to launch, with delivery still from the Dominican Republic.

The challenge

VoiceTeam, a nearshore contact-center company founded in 2008, had built its reputation as a local Dominican Republic provider. To compete for US and international buyers, it needed four things rebuilt at the same time, and pointing the same way:

  • A position that tells a US buyer why VoiceTeam, not just where it is.
  • An identity and logo that carry that position.
  • A website and copy written for buyers who have never heard of the company.
  • A search presence so those buyers, and the AI assistants they ask, can find it.

What we did

As VoiceTeam’s marketing partner, we owned the rebrand from strategy to launch.

  • Strategy: set a new positioning for US and international buyers, delivered from the Dominican Republic.
  • Brief and direction: wrote the creative brief, ran the process and approved the work. Creative execution was by Auteur.
  • Identity: a new visual identity and the new logo VoiceTeam uses today.
  • Website: a new website with all-new copy.
  • Search: an SEO and AEO strategy so the new site could be found in search engines and AI assistants.

The result

  • One coordinated change: One launch, so the brand, the site and the search plan started out saying the same thing.
  • Live: the new website and identity went live in April 2025.
  • A new voice: All-new website copy, aimed at the buyers VoiceTeam wants to win.

The brand has carried everything since: the 2026 sales materials, the LinkedIn program and the full website rebuild are all built on it.

What this means for you
